Eligibility & Perfume Guidelines

To qualify for a refund, items must be returned in their original condition with all packaging intact. Products should be unused, unopened, and free from any signs of damage or alteration. Refund requests must be submitted within the applicable return period from the date of delivery.

Perfume Returns
